BL+ Eye Cream

BL+ Eye Cream by Blue Lagoon Skincare is listed here as a skincare product. Active ingredients can be effective and irritating at the same time, which is why the usual advice is to introduce one at a time. Apply to clean skin and give each layer a moment to absorb before the next — a rushed routine mostly pills. A discounted listing is only a saving if it is the same size and edition as the one beside it. Keep the lid closed and the pack out of direct sun — light and air degrade most actives faster than time does. The best deal and the cheapest sticker price are not always the same listing once delivery is counted.
