Emerald City Eye Shadow Palette

Emerald City Eye Shadow Palette by Cargo is catalogued as a makeup product. Coverage builds — thin layers look like skin, one thick layer looks like makeup. Set only the areas that move — around the nose, under the eyes — and leave the rest alone for a more natural finish. Whether it is discounted this week says more about the shop's stock than about the product. Take it off properly at the end of the day; sleeping in makeup is what most breakouts get blamed on. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
