Nail Polish - Eternal Optimist by essie sits in Makeup: a makeup product. Finish does as much work as pigment: matte, satin and dewy versions of the same shade read as different colours on the face. Set only the areas that move — around the nose, under the eyes — and leave the rest alone for a more natural finish. A discounted listing is only a saving if it is the same size and edition as the one beside it. Wash brushes and sponges regularly — they hold far more oil and bacteria than the product ever does. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
