Topchic Cream Developer Lotion 6%-20Vol

What you are looking at is Topchic Cream Developer Lotion 6%-20Vol by Goldwell, a haircare product. Build-up is the usual reason a product that worked for months appears to stop working. Rinse thoroughly — residue left in the hair dulls it more than hard water does. Whether it is discounted this week says more about the shop's stock than about the product. Heat is what breaks hair over time, so pair styling with a protectant and the lowest temperature that gets the job done. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
