Soft Glow Highlighter - Divine

Soft Glow Highlighter - Divine by Kokie Cosmetics is catalogued as a makeup product. Finish does as much work as pigment: matte, satin and dewy versions of the same shade read as different colours on the face. Build in thin layers and blend each one before adding more; a damp sponge softens the edges a brush leaves behind. A discounted listing is only a saving if it is the same size and edition as the one beside it. Wash brushes and sponges regularly — they hold far more oil and bacteria than the product ever does. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
