Infinite Shine 2 Lacquer - Dulce De Leche

What you are looking at is Infinite Shine 2 Lacquer - Dulce De Leche by OPI, a makeup product. Finish does as much work as pigment: matte, satin and dewy versions of the same shade read as different colours on the face. Build in thin layers and blend each one before adding more; a damp sponge softens the edges a brush leaves behind. Whether it is discounted this week says more about the shop's stock than about the product. Take it off properly at the end of the day; sleeping in makeup is what most breakouts get blamed on. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
