Nail Lacquer

Nail Lacquer by OPI sits in Makeup: a makeup product. Coverage builds — thin layers look like skin, one thick layer looks like makeup. Build in thin layers and blend each one before adding more; a damp sponge softens the edges a brush leaves behind. Where one is discounted, compare the size and edition rather than the headline alone. Take it off properly at the end of the day; sleeping in makeup is what most breakouts get blamed on. Whoever is cheapest today may not be tomorrow, so it is worth looking again before settling on the best deal.
