Shader Brush

What you are looking at is Shader Brush by Xtreme Lashes, a makeup product. Coverage builds — thin layers look like skin, one thick layer looks like makeup. Moisturiser or primer underneath gives the formula something to grip, which is usually what decides how long it stays put. Discounted listings come and go, and rarely at the same shop twice. Take it off properly at the end of the day; sleeping in makeup is what most breakouts get blamed on. The cheapest listing is not automatically the best deal: delivery and any code applied at checkout decide that.
